Every heist crew I've ever been in has the same four people. The planner who actually reads the prep notes. The one who goes in loud no matter what the plan says. The getaway driver who swears they know the route. And me, usually the one who tripped the alarm and blamed lag.

I'm the one who reads the prep notes and then gets ignored. My rule would be simple: whoever picks the escape route has to have actually looked at the map first. With a map this size, "I know a shortcut" is how you end up in a swamp in the Grassrivers.
