- Pre-load from 12 November at local midnight.
- Buy before 20 November to get the Vintage Vice City Pack ('55 Vapid Stanier and garage, outfits and hairstyles, a weapon pattern). Digital pre-orders also get a month of GTA+.
- The Ultimate Edition upgrade can be bought later. A physical Ultimate Edition doesn't exist.
