Short answer: not at launch. GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026 for PS5 (incl. PS5 Pro) and Xbox Series X|S only. Rockstar has not announced a PC version yet. Rockstar
What's confirmed
- Platforms at launch: PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. No PC, and no PS4 either. PlayStation
- Rockstar has a history of console first, PC later. GTA 5 hit PC about 18 months after its first release, and Red Dead Redemption 2 reached PC about a year after consoles.
⚠️ What's rumoured (NOT confirmed)
- PC in Q1 2027: a GamesBeat report citing anonymous sources, covered by Polygon. Rockstar hasn't commented.
- Treat any "GTA 6 PC download" link you see right now as a scam. There is no legit PC build to download.
PC players: what to do until then
- Wait, or play on console. If you've got a PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, pre-orders before 20 November get the Vintage Vice City Pack. Full checklist in our launch prep guide.
- Avoid key-seller scams. Only buy from proper retailers. If you want to save a bit on a console code, we use Loaded (affiliate link, it supports the site at no extra cost to you). Check the region matches your account: PlayStation codes are region-locked, Xbox codes aren't.
- Keep an eye on this thread. The moment Rockstar confirms anything about PC, we'll update it with the source.

Not waiting. If PC turns up in 2027 I'll double dip, but I'm not sitting out launch week while everyone else is in Vice City. PS5 it is.
